Members/Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other members. vadhuvarshaadi.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between members. In its sole discretion, vadhuvarshaadi.com may take appropriate action against any member but is not obliged to disclose such actions to other members under any circumstances.

Members are strictly prohibited from using automated programs, scripts, bots, or any other automated methods to access, view content, or perform activities on vadhuvarshaadi.com.

Creation of multiple profiles for the same individual is not permitted. vadhuvarshaadi.com reserves the right to deactivate such profiles without prior notice. Any refund of subscription fees will be at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.

To maintain the integrity of the service, vadhuvarshaadi.com reserves the right to block access from specific IP addresses at its sole discretion.

Any activity considered unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or inappropriate may result in investigation and termination of membership without refund.

Users/Members must not impersonate, stalk, or harass any individual, group, community, or organization.

Users/Members must not post, email, upload, or transmit any material containing viruses, malicious software, or any code designed to interrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.

Users/Members must not engage in commercial activities, advertising, or sales without prior written consent from vadhuvarshaadi.com.

Users/Members must not transmit junk mail, spam, chain letters, or unsolicited messages.

Users/Members must not promote information that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or illegal.

Each user will be identified by a unique Matrimony Profile ID provided by vadhuvarshaadi.com.

Users/Members must not post or share any content that exploits minors sexually or violently, or solicit personal information from minors.

vadhuvarshaadi.com is a matrimonial platform intended for adults only and must not be used by minors under the age of 18.

Users/Members agree that while accessing vadhuvarshaadi.com, they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of their respective country as well as the country where the service operates.

vadhuvarshaadi.com reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these terms. This may include removing offending content, terminating membership, filing police complaints, or initiating civil legal proceedings for damages or injunctions.
